Bryan Altman operates altmbr.com, including its personal meeting scheduler and document-sharing tools. This policy covers those services. Separate products linked from this website have their own privacy practices.

Information collected and why

Meeting bookings use your name, email address, timezone, selected time, and any meeting details you provide to arrange the meeting, send confirmations and reminders, and handle cancellation or rescheduling. Booking a meeting does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Newsletter subscriptions use your email address and confirmation status to deliver requested updates. Document-sharing features may record your email, access verification, document views, and viewing activity so Bryan can manage access and understand engagement.

Google account and Calendar access

Google sign-in supplies account information needed to authenticate the owner. When the owner connects Google Calendar, the scheduler accesses calendar lists, calendar permissions, and event information to check availability and avoid conflicts. It creates, updates, and cancels meeting events in the selected destination calendar and requests Google Meet conference links for video meetings.

Google authorization tokens are stored on the server to maintain the connection. Booking records, event references, and meeting links are stored to manage meetings. Visitors see offered meeting times, not the owner’s unrelated calendar events. Meeting information is shared with the owner, invited attendees, Google, and the service providers needed to operate the scheduler and deliver booking emails.

Google user data obtained by this website’s integrations is used to provide these features, not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Its use and transfer adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Website analytics and service providers

The public website uses PostHog and Ahrefs analytics to understand visits and improve the site. This can include page visits, clicks, device and browser information, performance, errors, and session recordings. PostHog masks form inputs in recordings. Private booking and calendar-management pages exclude the website’s analytics and session recording.

Cookies or local storage support authentication, security, analytics, and preferences such as newsletter prompts. Hosting, storage, database, and email providers process information needed to run the services; these include Railway, Google, and Amazon Web Services. Data may be processed outside your country. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Retention and your choices

Information is retained as needed to operate the services, maintain booking and access records, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing altmbr@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons, and backup copies may remain until normal backup rotation.

The owner can disconnect Google Calendar in calendar settings or revoke access in Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not automatically erase existing booking records or copies held by meeting attendees. Contact Bryan to request deletion of stored integration data. You can also request removal from the newsletter by email.
